Our skills

At GST we deliver a broad range of Services covering all the activities involved in setting up an industrial plant, from the Construction of a New Plant (Grass Root) to the Upgrading of an Existing Plant (Revamping). At GST, we operate according to the most common types of Contracts (e.g., Cost Reimbursable, Lump-sum Services, etc. Contracts), depending on the Client's needs and the characteristics of the Project. In the case of small plants, in the Life Sciences (except for pharmaceutical plants, which are conventionally built according to cost reimbursable arrangements), Special Technologies and Oil&Gas sectors, we also operate on a Target Price, LSTK or Converted LSTK basis.
